When the moisture reaches the outside of the fabric, it spreads out to many times its original surface area, enabling it to evaporate very quickly.

For competitive swimmers, it's a must! Being in and out of the pool, you need something that will dry you off, and then dry out very quickly. It's made with a special technology that discourages bacterial growth so your towel won't get that "smell" that cotton towels generate. This anti-microbial technology is Permanent, it doesn't wash out! It also boasts SPF sun protection anywhere from 15-40, depending on color (the darker the color, the higher the SPF). This fabric dries 3 times faster than cotton, yet it is so lightweight it looks almost sheer. Very soft against the skin, but it's a hardworking fabric.

Our largest towel, which most swimmers prefer, is approx. 58" x 34". It's very thin and lightweight, and makes an excellent travel towel as it takes very little space in your suitcase. Absolutely essential for Camping, RVs, & Motorhomes, and of course in your own bathroom!! The towel is large enough to double as a swimsuit cover up.

The med. is approx. 28" x 34", and is preferred by backpackers. It is the best size for baby bath towels, and grows with the child into a child-size swim towel, still offering excellent sun protection for tender skin.

Sports enthusiasts prefer the small neck towel, approx. 28" x 16" for everything from squash to badminton, or working out and running. Marathon runners and golfers like the smallest size, which is only 13" x 10". It can be tucked in the pocket, or attached to a belt, clothing, or golf cart using the special "gripping clips" that we sell for this purpose. (They have tons of other uses, too)

The X-small size also makes a fabulous facecloth for travel. No more stinky cotton facecloths!!

The towels are made with a special style of high tech stretch fabric (the best wicking fabric available). It kills bacteria because it contains Silver in the fiber. Silver is one of the best known antimicrobials known... and it's natural!! Many hospitals are using Silver in bandaging for this very reason. The silver in our towels does not wash out, unlike other chemical antibacterial treatments. Our Wick-er Warmup towels machine wash beautifully! They can also be machine dried, or hung to dry.

Did we mention that the Wick-er Warmup Towel looks great when embroidered? We don't actually do the embroidery because most teams & clubs have their logos digitized locally, but it does look wonderful. It also silk-screens nicely, with a stretch additive.
